I weigh 137 pounds and I really want to lose some weight, because I’m extremely embarrassed to go swimming. I know there’s really no "fast" way to lose weight, but what can I do to lose weight? I always drink water instead of sugary drinks, and I do 100 sit-ups and ballet squats before I go to bed every night. Any other important tips and exercises I can do for great results? Oh and I want to lose fat on my stomach, hips, and I want to tone my legs.

How do i lose stomach fat and get a two pack and lose leg fat?
I am turning fourteen this year. I weigh sixty and I am 5′3 and a half. I have okay legs but the top of them are pretty fat and my stomach is a tiny bit overweight. I want to lose that. I have a pulled hamstring in my right leg, and I was wondering how i can lose fat off of my stomach by other ways than running and things like that, that involve using my legs in too hard of a workout.
I would really like to have a six-pack, and if I do not lose fat off of my stomach, nobody will be able to see my six-pack.
