Best way to lose stomach fat from personal experience?
I’m trying to get a flat stomach, I’m not looking to lose weight anywhere else, becasue it seems that all my fat goes directly to my stomach. Have you lost stomach fat? How did you do it?, what excercises did you do (please be specific, such as running, crunches, situps), how long did it take? What was your normal diet? Did you gain back the weight?

I really want a flat stomach and I cant join school sports till high school ( I’m in j r high ) and I missed cheer tryouts cuz I was in the hospital for appendicitis so I have to wait a year. My sister had a flat stomach and She eats like a pig and doesn’t exercise! What exercises and stuff can I do? I have weights a hula hoop and I’m Flexible so ya know anything without equipment would be great and I’m 12 so please don’t say gym membership or give me a lecture.

how to lose stomach fat with 5 weeks?
I have some stomach fat under my bellybutton. That is the only place I need to lose fat from, everywhere else on my body is good! I have only 5 weeks to lose the stomach fat to have a flat stomach. Its not too big, just kind of a small pouch as some people call it. How can I lose it with only 5 weeks?
