How do I lose stomach fat and gain a six pack abs?
Whats better to achieve this swimming or running? Because I was in my schools swim team but practice was only one hour a day, and I didn’t lose much fat while I was in it.

Do both. Swimming burns a lot of calories, but if the water is really cold it may cause your body to keep a layer of fay in order to keep you warm.
Eat right, do different exercises. Jump rope, skip, jog, sprint, walk, swim, bike ride, weight lift, anything that gets your heart rate up for about 30 mins. =]
Swimming works all the muscles in your body, and especially your abs.
To loose stomach fat lead a healthy diet to loose any fat, and do regular excercise and do sit ups, stomach cramps etc.
Also, you cant expect to loose weight over night, it happens over a period of time, so maybe swim more often as this then makes you a better swimmer and tones you up (Y)
