The leaner you get, the harder it is to lose fat because the body wants to keep those last energy reservers for survival purposes. If you try brute force dieting to get rid of that last bit of fat which is stored in the love handles and over the lower abs, you will end up burning off muscle as well as fat – not what we want! What I’m gonna show you in this video is how to get ripped without burning off muscle by using carb cycling. And when your bodyfat is low enough, the last fat stores are removed and for most people, that is the love handles and over the lower abs. This is not spot fat removal, there is no such thing! Carb cycling is an amazing fat loss technique, its not a fad diet, its fine tuning of the zig zag diet developed by Dr Fred Hatfield several decades ago but its not for everyone. I wish I knew this method sooner as I reached 2 pack abs, but because it was so hard I gave up for a few days and I already gained the fat back and I can no longer see my abs. I will try this method as soon as I can get my motivation back on a strict diet and no alcohol

Hey scooby im 5′11 165 pounds. I dont have a six pack, ive been lifting weights 5 times a week and been recently doing cardio 3 times(morning cardio). I probably have to lose 6 pounds of fat to get my 6 pack showing. Would u recommend this system to someone like me? Because ive gained weight but i never did cardio so i know all of it isnt muscle. Would u recommend this system even if im trying to gain 10 pounds of muscle and be 175 pounds?

hey scooby i have a question im 15 i weigh 140 pounds and im 6′1″ i eat right and excercise alot but i never am able to get a six pack i only have a two pack i have layer of fat on top of my abs do you think i should just do intense ab workouts or keep doing cardio to lose the weight?

@scooby1961 ever since i started watching your videos, my philosophy on working has changed. my workout routine is solidly consistent and i see results almost every day. im starting to see my “4 pack” become toner, but the bottom part of my abs remain flabby. i was wondering if i continue to work out the my entire body (without the carb cycling diet), would i eventually get the lovely 6 pack? i notice others have the issue too.
